Omg! Lady died after masturbating with a huge cassava

A facebook user has taken to his profile to share a heart breaking story about a lady, who had used cassava for masturbation and died.

According to the reports, few minutes she satisfied her urg with cassava,  she started bleeding and was rushed to the nearest hospital but before reaching the hospital she gave up to ghost. Series of test was conducted on her only to find out that  the cassava she used is said to be 5 inch long, and weights 10kg. The object in used is said to have some of the female reproductive organs on its body.
