The West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) on Monday 4 June, 2018 disclose that the scanning of examination scripts has commenced and also announcing the release of examination papers has been reduced from 90 days to 45 days.
Shortly after this announcement our correspondent asked about WAEC Malpractice which was in circulation during the examination period and about some businessmen that was offering examination answers for recharge cards.
WAEC public relation said
"About the ongoing circulation of examination questions and answers has been brought to their notice, we will announce advance screening of examination papers and will determine if candidates that engaged in examination malpractice will be punished.
He also added that core subjects like Mathematics and English could also be cancelled.
